What does Nakadashi mean?
Japanese slang for ejaculating inside a partner; 中出し, the adult-media tag English-language porn usually calls creampie.
Definition
The word usually turns up as a tag on hentai, a Japanese adult video, or an eroge, or as romaji nobody bothered to gloss. Nakadashi (中出し) is the blunt Japanese name for ejaculating inside. Polite Japanese keeps it out of ordinary talk.
English porn folds the same scene into creampie. That American slang likens semen to custard and the body to a pie, and often wants the shot of it leaking out. In practice the two names stand in for each other in subtitles and in tags. The Japanese word names the inside release, vaginal or anal; the English word often names the cream-pie look. Formal Japanese says chitsunai shasei (膣内射精) and, for the anus, kōnai shasei (肛内射精).
The matching compound is sotodashi (外出し): letting it out outside. Same dashi, soto (外) where naka was. Adult Japanese keeps the pair. On hentai tags the shot usually shows semen still inside and, often, the pool that spills.
Origin
The reading is nakadashi: kun'yomi of 中 (naka, inside, middle) plus 出し (dashi, from 出す, to put out, to let out). Wiktionary glosses the compound as letting out inside. Jisho marks it vulgar, a noun and a suru verb, and notes the spelling 中だし and the joke ateji 中田氏, Mr. Nakada, same sound. The clinical twin is 膣内射精, chitsunai shasei.
History
English borrowed the romaji as a Japanese-pornography word; Wiktionary files that loan. The sexual slang 中出し itself has no locked first date. Weblio, following Japanese Wikipedia, points maybe to the 1990s. By 2001 the 2channel glossary 2典 already listed 中田氏 as 中出し on the adult board. Creampie as U.S. porn slang shows up on Usenet in January 1999 and spreads in the early 2000s. In Japanese adult manga, eroge and adult anime the situation became a stock scene, often with invented overflow.
How it emerged
Spoken vulgar Japanese needed a short noun for coming inside, without the clinical compound 膣内射精. Naka plus dashi took the slot; soto plus dashi closed the pair. Once the romaji left adult video and hentai tags for English and Portuguese searches, readers who found the word wanted the creampie sense under the Japanese name they had just read.
