What does Waifu mean?
A character (almost always female) treated as a fandom wife: poster, figure, ironic vow.
Definition
Waifu is English wife through an otaku ear. It can be a joke, a collection, or an attachment the fandom itself mocks. Husbando is the pair. The term says more about the fan than about the work. It is not a civil status.
