Definition

FWB promises a middle: body and light care, no exclusivity. In practice one of the two often wants more, or less, and the agreement cracks. It is not a situationship — that sometimes will not even admit the sex or the title. FWB names the sex. The 2011 film stuck the acronym in the West; the arrangement is much older than the letters.
